Characteristiques of Goods and Services

All the products and services proposed by Prestishop are shown on the current website and are dependant to their availability in the stock. Each product of this website is displayed together with a brief description established by the Manufacturer. We have tried our best to ensure that the thumbnail images of the item(s) materially resemble the item(s) delivered to the Customer. Due to differences in monitors and variance in resolution setting, the color seen on screen may not be the exact color of the item(s). However, due to limitations beyond Prestishop's control, Prestishop is not responsible for any differences or non-conformity of the item(s) delivered to the Customer as compared to the images of the item(s) as shown on the Site.

Prices

The Price shall be that on the Seller’s current list price, web site, or if applicable the price contained in the Seller’s Quotation. All Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of charges for packing, postage and Carriage (plus VAT) which shall be paid in addition. The total purchase price, including VAT and Delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order. Prestishop cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the hamper, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Orders

All requests to order products or services a customer :
– is required to register as a user with accurate personal information.
– is needed to fill-in the order page with correct product references and services when applicable.
– has to thoroughly verify his order form before any validation.
– has to accomplish the payment process with respect to the current conditions.
– at last, has to confirm his order and its payment. By completing this registration & purchase processes you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & conditions. All the information and the order being validated will be considered as a proof of that transaction and will be taken as a signature and an acceptance of all operations accomplished by the customer. After which, Pretishop will confirm by email that particular order, provided that the email address you entered during your registration is correct.

Payment

You must pay for your order in full before it is dispatched for delivery. We accept payment by CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL and MONEYBOOKERS. To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your payment details will be encrypted on a secure server by means of SSL technology to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery with exception to some countries for security reasons. Delivery charges are based on calculated volumetric weight and delivery destination and will be quoted during the checkout process prior to your order being charged. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. We endeavour to deliver within 10 working days of your order being placed unless alternative dates are stated in the product description, this is subject to goods being in stock.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and are subject to approval by Prestishop. Please note that the return costs are non-refundable. We will not accept COD returns. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. This procedure will prevent delays and enable us to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Prestishop is not liable for goods returned without authorization. Returns must be sent through a traceable carrier. Note that, the return address may change depending on the product category.

Responsibility

Prestishop, in an online sale process, cannot be held responsible for dammages caused by internet network technical problems such as lost of data, intrusion, virus, and other such problems.

Warranty

Customer understands that Prestishop is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not us. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by us. In connection with services, neither affiliates of Prestishop nor third party service providers are our agents and we have no obligation or liability arising from any services performed by or any warranty, if any, made by, such service providers. We warrant that we have good title to the products we sell and merely pass through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers provide with their respective products.

Any litigation regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and Prestishop.com shall be brought to the state courts located at Port-Louis in Mauritius and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
